The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the second respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 05.05.2015 and take necessary action and file a final report before the concerned Court within the stipulated time.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 05.05.2015, a case in Crime No.371 of 2015 was registered by the second respondent police for the offence under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) of I.P.C.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is disposed of.
