This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.37 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent Police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that already the case in crime No.37 of 2014 on the file of the 3rd respondent police has been closed as Action Dropped and RCS also filed before the Court concerned.

3.Recording the said submission, since the prayer in this petition has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
