Ramesh, Respondents Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Principal District Judge, Sivagangai to expeditiously hear the suit in O.S. No. 29 of 2011 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Sivagangai and allow this Civil Revision Petition.

ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing the letter D.No.6952/2022, daed 22/07/2022, from the learned Principal District Judge, Sivagangai; this Court made the following order:

The learned Principal District Judge, Sivagangai, sent a letter dated 22.07.2022, requesting extension of further time of three months to dispose of the case in O.S.No.29 of 2011, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 04.03.2022.

C.R.P.(MD). No.346 of 2022 22.07.2022, a further time of three months is granted from today to dispose of O.S.No.29 of 2011.
