No. 29 of 2011 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Sivagangai and allow this Civil Revision Petition.
ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing the letter D.No.6952/2022, daed 22/07/2022, from the learned Principal District Judge, Sivagangai; this Court made the following order:
The learned Principal District Judge, Sivagangai, sent a letter dated 22.07.2022, requesting extension of further time of three months to dispose of the case in O.S.No.29 of 2011, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 04.03.2022.
