ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Sole accused who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.12.2024 for offences under Section 332(c) of BNS, 2023 and Sections 9 (c) and 10 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act in Crime No.39 of 2024 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail. 2.This is the second bail application filed by the petitioner. This Court was not inclined to entertain the first bail application considering the merits of the case. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation is still pending in this case. 4.Hence, this Court does not find any change in circumstances and accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
