ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to vacate the premises in which TASMAC Shop No.6912 is situated, at Survey No.253/4A1B, Kamuthi Group, Kamuthi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, and to hand over vacant possession to the petitioner based on the representation dated 05.12.2025, as the petitioner intends to sell the property.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 3, on instructions, submitted that the TASMAC shop would be vacated within a period of three months.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, the respondents 1 and 3 are directed to vacate the petitioner's premises, where TASMAC Shop No.6912 is situated at S.No.253/4A1B, Kamuthi Group, Kamuthi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, and hand over possession to the petitioner on or before 30.04.2026.
