ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 13.01.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the Manager of one Trust, namely, Makkal Sakthi Sangamam Trust, in which totally 125 members are there and each member has availed a loan of Rs.15,000/- and totally Rs.18,75,000/- has been availed by 125 members. He further submitted that one Latha was working as field officer, has collected an amount of Rs.5,51,483/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Fifty One Thousand Four Hundred and Eighty Three only) from the members, but she did not pay the amount to the petitioner and thereby she has comitted an offence under Section 406 IPC and hence the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 13.01.2018, but so far, no action has been taken. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Government Advocate has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, CSR.No.31 of 2018 has been issued and the enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed on 07.03.2018. 4.Recording the aforesaid submission, the criminal original petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under the law.
