Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 to direct the respondents herein to provide the effective Police protection to the petitioners company to erect the cell phone tower and to install all the telecommunication electrical & electronic equipments and its maintenance on the said BTS transmission Tower at Sivagangai District Karaikudi Taluk, in Kottaiyur Town Panchayat in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Kottaiyur Village in Hospital Veethi in Patta No.9 in Survey No.288 in bearing Door no.10/2/142 and thus render justice. Order: This petition coming on for hearing under the maintainability caption and upon hearing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.AL.Kannan Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following orders:- A perusal of Paragraph No.4 of the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD). No.15529 of 2015 would go to show that this Court has not passed any order granting Police Protection, but only directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.08.2015. Therefore, the question of recalling the order does not arise. 2.Hence, the Miscellaneous Petition at the SR stage is dismissed as not maintainable.
