ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint, dated 14.12.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner belongs to the Scheduled Caste community. He further submitted that the owner of the adjacent property has fradulently created document with regard to the petitioner's property and sold to one Rasuthevar and with regard to the said offence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 14.12.2017, but sofar no action has been taken. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Government Advocate has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed on 26.01.2018.
