Respondents PRAYER:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, by calling for the entire records pertaining to the order passed by the third respondent which is dated 15.01.2020 and quash the same in so far as the restriction of timings (ie., 10.00 p.m on 31.01.2020) to conduct the second day festival scheduled to be taken place on 31.01.2020 from 08.00 a.m 31.01.2020 to 03.00 a.m 01.02.2020 in Arulmigu Sri Ramalingam Swamy Udanurai Sri Sivagami Ammal, Sri Nambi Singa Perumal Thirukovil, Panagudi, Tirunelveli District and consequently direct the second respondent to permit the petitioner to celebrate the festival till 03.00 a.m on 01.02.2020 as scheduled.
