[Judgment of the Court was made by The Hon'ble ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE] This writ appeal is directed against the order, dated 07.11.2022, passed in W.P.(MD) No.11539 of 2009.

2. The appellant / writ petitioner has reached the age of 54 years as on date. The prayer with which she has come to this Court has become infructuous, in view of the fact that she stood disqualified as she is over-aged for appointment to any post in the Government service. Therefore, this writ appeal fails and it is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
