ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent to file the final 1/4

report in Crime No.543 of 2022 dated 21.09.2022 on the file of the respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that they are not able to trace out the vehicle in dispute.

4. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that they will furnish the particulars of the person, who is now possessing the vehicle in dispute.

5. Recording the submission made on either sides, the petitioner is directed to furnish the necessary particulars to the respondent and on receipt the same, the respondent is directed to proceed with the investigation and complete the same and file a final report in Crime 2/4

No.543 of 2022 before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
