PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to dispose of the petitioner's statutory appeal dated 02.08.2025, filed against the orders passed in Na.Ka.No.1997760/2024/C4, Na.Ka.No.1997723/2024/C4, Na.Ka.No.
1997818/2024/C4, dated 20.06.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus as against the first respondent to dispose of his statutory appeal preferred by him.
2. A perusal of the records reveal that the petitioner's Ammonium Nitrate licence was cancelled by the second respondent on 20.06.2025. Challenging the same, the petitioner has preferred a statutory appeal to the first respondent on 02.08.2025 which has not been disposed of. Hence, the present writ petition.
3. Considering the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the statutory appeal preferred by the writ petitioner on 02.08.2025 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12(twelve) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
