ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to take steps to seize, attach and sell the properties of the eleventh respondent in the name of Elfin E-com Private Limited and Sparrow Global Trading Company or any other benami names and distribute the sale proceeds to the victims by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.07.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this court.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
