381 of 2017, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 3.The petitioner is shown as Accused No.2. The materials on record indicate that the petitioner herein has also played a role in assaulting the deceased. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that as many as 32 cut injuries were indicated on the deceased leading to his death. There is nothing on record to indicate that the petitioner herein has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner the question of granting Anticipatory Bail does not arise. Hence this Court is not inclined to grant Anticipatory Bail accordingly.
