ORDER

This petition has been filed to withdraw and transfer the investigation in Crime No.496 of 2024 on the file of the third respondent to any other impartial investigation agency.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that investigation in Crime NO.496 of 2024 is in progress and within two month final report would be filed.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of and the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.496 of 2024 within a period of two months.
