The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to remove petitioner's name form the history sheet bearing H.S.No.11 of 2025 maintained by the 3rd respondent, based on petitioners representation dated 06.12.2025 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
