ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners were arrested and remanded to judicial custody since 16.01.2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 273 and 328 of I.P.C, r/w Sections 7, 20(i) of Cigarette and Other Tobacco Products Act, 2003 and Sections 57, 59 of Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, in Crime No.14 of 2019, seek bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioners have been detained at Central Prison, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Tiruchirappalli, in Cr.M.P.Nos.01/2019 and 02/2019, dated 31.01.2019 under the Goondas Act. He has also produced a copy of the detention

orders.
