ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who is arrayed as accused in Crime No.353 of 2014 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offence punishable under Sections 470,471,406 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.353 of 2014, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. According to the de facto complainant, the petitioner along with other accused created forged and fabricated documents and sold the property to JAS Property Developers.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is that he helped the other accused for preparation of bogus document. He further submitted that as per the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.11265 of 2014, dated 04.07.2014, the co-accused was already granted anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) vehemently opposed for granting bail to the petitioner.

5. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the co-accused was already released on bail, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate-VI, Madurai, and on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
