Though this review application has been filed seeking review of the judgment passed by this Court, in W.A.(MD)No.1230 of 2024, dated 26.07.2024, Mr.Amjad Khan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the review applicants on instructions would submit that the order passed by the Writ Court as has been confirmed by the Division Bench, vide order dated 26.07.2024, has been complied with and the appointment of the teacher concerned from the date of initial appointment i.e., 12.04.2012 since has been approved, the present review application does not warrant any further adjudication.

2.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the review applicants, the present review application stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
