ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.54 of 2020 before the jurisdictional Magistrate in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has not produced necessary documents for proceeding with the investigation.

4. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that they are ready to furnish the necessary documents. 2/4

5. Recording the submission made on either sides, the petitioner is directed to furnish the necessary documents before the second respondent and on such production, the second respondent is directed to proceed with the investigation and complete the same and file a final report in Crime No.54 of 2020 before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the documents.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
