Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 353, 506 (ii) I.P.C in Crime No.398 of 2015 and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. According to the defacto complainant, who is working as the Tahsildar, Madurai (East), on 31.07.2015 at 12 'o clock the accused went to the Deputy Tahsildar's office to obtain residential certificate and income certificate without proper application and documents and when this was asked the accused have thrown the other files and also abused the Deputy Tahsildar Mrs.Senthamarai and also prevented the Government Officials from doing their official duty.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that when the petitioner was waiting to get Certificate, the Deputy Tahsildar has called other persons and issued certificate and when this was questioned a false complaint was given against the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has produced all the necessary documents to obtain income certificate to get stipend for his son and he has been unnecessarily roped in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State vehemently opposed granting of anticipatory bail to the petitioner stating that the petitioner has restrained the defacto complainant from discharging her official duty and he is not entitled for anticipatory bail.
