RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition No.(ii) of appearing before the concerned court daily at 10.30 am until further orders imposed on the petitioner/Appellant (Accused No.5) in Crl.MP.No.8444 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.451 of 2019 dated 25.11.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.ANANTHAPADMANABHAN, Advocate for M/S.APN LAW ASSOCIATES, for the petitioner and of Mr.R.ANANDHARAJ, Additional Public prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] This Court, by order dated 25.11.2019 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8444 of 2019 in Crl.A.(MD)No.451 of 2019, suspended the sentence and released the petitioner on bail on certain conditions, one of which is that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. For relaxing the aforesaid condition, this petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the above condition since he was released from custody.

4. In view of the above, the aforesaid condition stands relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal and if he is not able to appear before the Trial Court on any day, he shall make arrangements to file an application under Section 317 Cr.P.C. and shall appear before the Trial Court on any other day in lieu of the date of his absence, as directed by the trial Court.
