ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first respondent police to change the investigation officer in the case in Crime No.14 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent police and directly supervise the progress of case from time to time.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent has already completed investigation and charge sheet is ready.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to file a final report within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order before the jurisdictional Court. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
