ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to provide adequate police protection for her life and limb and also to her family for conducting agricultural operation in her property as stated forthwith.

2. The complainant is claiming right over the property only on the basis of the Will and the Will was admittedly not proved before any approved proceedings. There is no enforceable decree or order from the competent civil Court and as such, the granting of police protection does not arise at all. As of now, leaving open the petitioners' rights and remedies, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
