Prayer in CRP(MD) SR.No.4831 of 2024 :

To set aside the order dated 13.07.2023 made in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in O.S.No.212 of 2012 by the learned Additional District Munsif Court, Lalgudi as illegal by allowing this Civil Revision Petition.

ORDER : This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.INDRACHITHU, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 64 days caused in preferring the civil revision petition.

2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the reasons set out by the petitioner in this petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition on payment of costs.

3.Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) to the credit of A/c.No.7633863037 in the name of the Registrar (Judicial), Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, (IFSC Code:IDIB000H040, MICR Code: 625019020, Indian Bank, High Court Branch, Madurai, Code: 2001) towards the fund for the Environmental Committee, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
