Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondent No.1 to 4 not to interfere in civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner and her family members without following the due process of law. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent No.1 to 4 not to interfere in civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner and her family members without following the due process of law.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that already the petitioner has filed a suit for partition in O.S.No.150 of 2010 on the file of the learned Sub Court, Theni https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and the said suit was dismissed for default. He further submitted that subsequently the petitioner herein has filed another suit in O.S.No.57 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif, Bodinayakkanur for the relief of declaration and injunction and the said suit was also dismissed after full trial. Against which, the petitioner herein has filed an appeal in A.S.No.2 of 2017 before the Sub Court, Theni and the same is still pending and that being so, based on the complaint given by the respondents Nos.5 to 10, the 3rd and 4th respondents are harassing the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that no complaint has been received against the petitioner herein. Hence, the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise. 4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
