ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 29.01.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is running a T.V. Channel under the name and style of "Krishna T.V. Channel". He further submitted that the proposed accused persons have collected amount for a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- from the customers of the said T.V. Channel and misappropriated the same and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent on 29.01.2018, but, sofar, no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, the respondent has issued C.S.R.No.32 of 2018 and enquiry is still pending.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
