ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 2 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections, 417, 419, 466, 471 and 420 of IPC, in Crime No.107 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2 the case of the prosecution is that the petitioners with the help of A3 who is the Sub Registrar created forged documents to show that the defacto complainant and the first petitioner marriage was registered. 3 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence and pays for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioners. 4 It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that already the marriage between the defacto complainant and the first petitioner has been cancelled by the same Sub Registrar. 5 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the marriage certificate has been cancelled, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatoy bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions.

Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Trichy and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.
