ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to extend the time for repayment by another 6 months with regard to the OTS schedule in AXISB2023-2024/2844786, dated 25.10.2023 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 22.12.2023. 2.Mr.P.Pethu Rajesh, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondent.

3.By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission before this Court that the petitioner would be satisfied, if the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.12.2023, is directed to be considered by the respondent within a stipulated time.

5.Considering the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, we direct the respondent Bank to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.12.2023 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
