O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.106 of 2016 at early. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent has registered a case on 30.10.2016 in Crime.No.106 of 2016 under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 506(ii), 379, of IPC r/w under Section 3(1)(s) and 3(2) (va) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, but sofar, a final report has not been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the investigation is in progress and three months time may be granted for filing a final report.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
