ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 05.02.2018.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner belongs to Schedule Caste community and she went to Primary Health Centre on 10.01.2017 at Tempuchery, at that time, the proposed accused and another threatened the petitioner with dire consequences and also used filthy language by mentioning here Castes and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 05.02.2018, but, sofar, no action has been taken.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the second respondent has issued C.S.R.No.91 of 2018 and enquiry is still pending.
4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.
5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
