ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned Additional District Court, Thoothukudi to number the unnumbered I.A.No. Of 2020 in O.S.No.214 of 2016 in respect of the petition filed under Order 9 Rule 7 of CPC to set the ex parte decree.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the Judgment was delivered in O.S.No.214 of 2016 on 10.06.2020 itself. Hence, the prayer in this petition has become infructuous.
