To cancel the bail in Cr.M.P.No. 1081/2018 by the Honourable Principal Sessions judge, Tirunelveli dated 21.02.2018 ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of MR.PRABU RAMACHANDRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) for R2 and MR.I.PINAYGASH, Advocate for R1 in both the petitions the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to cancel the bail granted in favour of the accused. It is seen that the accused were in jail for more than 27 days.
