SUB A(MD) No.10 & 13 of 2022 Prayer in CONT P(MD). 1791/ 2021 :

pleased to punish the respondents for the contempt of court, committed by them by their willful disobedience of the judgment dated 23.04.1986 of this Honourable court, passed in AS No. 168 of 1984 and CMP No. 5497 of 1986 in AS No. 168 of 1984 on its file.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.AMALA, Advocate for the petitioner both Sub Applications and of MR.K.N.THAMBI, Advocate on behalf of the 1st Respondent in both Sub Applications, the court made the following order:- Both the Sub-Applications have been filed by the petitioners seeking to implead themselves as respondents in the Contempt Petition(MD)No.1791 of 2021.

2. Admittedly, the act of contempt alleged is not against the petitioners. Hence, we do not find any reason to implead them as parties in the contempt petition and the Sub-Applications stand dismissed.
