ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as an accused. He was arrested by the respondent police on 07.12.2016 and remanded to judicial custody. The case against him is for alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 21(c), 23(c) and 28 of NDPS Act, 1985 in O.R.No.101 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.
2.The petitioner had already applied bail on two occasions. This Court categorically held that the bail petition does not satisfies the conditions laid down under Section 37 of the NDPS Act. There is no change in circumstances to take a different view. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to him. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
