ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in guise of enquiry based upon the complaint given by the third respondent. It is the contention of the petitioner that the respondent police called the petitioner at odd hours and causing harassment.
2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint of the third respondent, C.S.R.No.1101 of 2024 was assigned and the same was transferred to District Crime Branch, Dindigul.
3. IN view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioner to be served with notice for further enquiry in this regard.
