[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The petitioner filed this Habeas Corpus Petition for production of her husband, namely, Velmurugan, S/o.Subbiah, aged about 52 years. 2.Mr.S.Ravi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents has submitted that the detenu is now residing at Kuwait and regularly contacting with the family members.

3.In view of the aforestated, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. It is for the petitioner to workout her remedy before the appropriate forum.
