This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to lay fencing in his land, comprised in Survey Nos.72, 78 and 79 at Rathinam Salai, Karur District, based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 16.09.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for State. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submits that upon the petitioner appearing in person and presenting a representation, the second respondent police would afford police protection towards safeguarding his right ensured in the civil decree. 4.Recording the same, this petition shall stand closed.
