ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 10.12.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since there was a land dispute between the petitioner and the proposed accused, the petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No.152 of 2016 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Dindigul and the said suit was decreed on 25.07.2017. Even thereafter, the proposed accused persons have tried to trespass into the petitioner's property and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 10.12.2017, but, sofar, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that enquiry is still pending.

is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
