ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who are arrayed as A1 in Crime No.65 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.07.215 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 406 and 420 of I.P.C., and hence seeks bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner and the intervenor submitted that already the matter has been settled between the parties and the petitioner paid the entire amount to the de-facto complainant. Both parties agreed to file a petition to quash the F.I.R. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side)appearing for the State.

4.Recording the above said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.

Till such time, the respondent police shall not arrest the petitioner.
