Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 2.The petitioner's name is figuring in the history sheet maintained by the third respondent. It is not in dispute that atleast for the last 17 years, the petitioner has not come under the adverse notice of the respondents. Therefore, retaining the petitioner's name in the history sheet is not warranted. The respondents are directed to delete the name of the petitioner from the history sheet maintained by the third respondent forthwith and without any delay.
