CMP(MD) No.1065 of 2020 ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.DEEPAK, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY, J.] The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has obtained the certified copy of the order, dated 29.03.2019, passed in WP(MD)No.2360 of 2017 and therefore, the civil Miscellaneous Petition has become infructuous. Further, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he would file the certified copy of the order today (i.e.13.02.2020) in the Registry.

2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
