ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 17.11.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the proposed accused purchased butter tin from the petitioner for a sum of Rs.11,00,120/-, on credit basis, for the period from 07.08.2015 to 29.07.2016. When the petitioner demanded to repay the said amount, the proposed accused person criminally intimidated him and also abused with filthy language and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 17.11.2017, but, sofar, no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint C.S.R.No.43 of 2018 has been issued and the enquiry is still pending.

cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
