This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents not to harass the petitioner based on the false complaints of the 3rd respondent and his men.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner complains of harassment by the second respondent presumably at the instance of the complaint given by the third respondent.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that no complaint from the third respondent is pending with the second respondent and there is no harassment on that. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
