ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.19 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 IPC.

2. The petitioner is the defacto complainant and mother of the victim. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the victim had earlier preferred a case in Crime No.561 of 2018. He would further submit that the Investigating Agency is not focusing genuinely on the motive and angle of the case.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would now submit that the entire occurrence has taken place before a TASMAC bar, and a Staff of the concerned bar is the eye witness, from whom statement under section 161 Cr.P.C., as well as 164 Cr.P.C., was recorded. He would further submit that the investigation is now under way and it is going in a right direction.

4. Suffice to say that the present petitioner may part with whatever information or material in his possession with the Investigating agency to facilitate him with critical leads for unravelling the crime.

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
