Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to grant an interim stay of the impugned proceedings of the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.N[1/18651/2019 dated 29.12.2022 and the consequential order passed by the 5th respondent in %.K.m2/703/2022 dated 30.12.2022 pending disposal of the main writ petition. 1/3

To direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in his existing post of Cook at Government Tribal Residential Higher Secondary School, Manalodai, Kanyakumari District pending disposal of the main writ petition.
Prayer in WP(MD). 1224/ 2023 :
To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records related to the impugned proceedings of the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.N[1/18651/2019 dated 29.12.2022 and the consequential order passed by the 5th respondent in %.K.m2/703/2022 dated 30.12.2022 and quash them both as illegal and issue a consequential direction to the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in the post of Cook at Government Tribal Residential Higher Secondary School, Manalodai, Kanyakumari District with back wages, continuity of service and all other attendant and consequential service, monetary and other benefits within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.
DILIP KUMAR N, Advocate for the petitioner in both petitions and of MR.S.P.MAHARAJAN, Special Government Pleader on behalf of the Respondents in both petitions, while admitting the WP., the court made the following order:- Granting of interim order would amount to allowing the main Writ Petition.
