O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to produce the petitioner's wife, namely, Renuka Devi, aged about 19 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that he is doing welding work and he had love affair with detenue. The marriage between them was performed on 31.08.2020 and thereafter, the petitioner's wife, the detenue herein is kept in illegal detention by her father, the fourth respondent herein. Since the complaint given to the third respondent was not properly responded, he has come up with the present habeas corpus petition.

H.C.P.(MD) No.156 of 2021 Mr.K.Dinesh Babu, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.
4. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the petitioner and the detenue appeared before this Court. On enquiry, the detenue would state that she is a major and she married the petitioner on 31.08.2020, when she went to see her parents, she was illegally detained. It is also stated that a criminal case was registered against her parents and thereafter, she was kept in a Government Home, now she is willing to go with the petitioner.
5. In the light of the above statement of the detenue, we are of opinion that no further adjudication is required in this habeas corpus petition and hence, this petition is closed Sd/- Assistant Registrar // True Copy // / /2021 Sub Assistant Registrar(CS) am Note :
