Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.R.MANIMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition is filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the second respondent by this Court, vide order dated 18.12.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is specific violation on the condition imposed by this Court that the second respondent is absconding, after granting the anticipatory bail.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the condition imposed upon the second respondent is that he shall report before the concerned trial Court on summons. There is no specific violation on the condition imposed by this Court by the second respondent.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is dismissed.
