ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 379 of IPC r/w. 21(1)MMRD Act in Crime No.169 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner committed theft of red soil.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in an earlier occasion, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. However, the petitioner was not complied with the conditions. Hence, the second anticipatory bail application was arose for non compliance. He would further submit that this Court may extend the time for complying the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.22362 of 2018 dated 19.12.2018.
