Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 506(ii) and 307 of I.P.C. in Crime No.387 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity on 27.06.2015, the accused assembled in front of the Auto stand at Manamadurai and abused the de-facto complainant and his relatives and also attacked him and caused injury on his hand. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is having five previous cases to his credit. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the bad antecedent against this petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
